Flipkart cashback means different things depending on who is paying it. This page is about the cashback Hyyzo pays when you shop on Flipkart through our link. The rates, timings, terms and steps are in the boxes above, so this page covers what they don’t: which orders are left out, what quietly breaks tracking, how Flipkart’s own savings fit around it, and what to do when an order goes missing.
People searching for Flipkart cashback often mean one of three things, and a single order can earn all three.
| Type of cashback | Who pays it | How you get it | How it relates to Hyyzo cashback |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hyyzo cashback | Hyyzo, from the commission Flipkart pays for sending you the order | Click through from this page, then shop and pay | The cashback this page is about |
| Flipkart SuperCoins | Flipkart | Earned on eligible orders and spent on later ones, with limits that depend on your membership level | Anything you pay with coins is left out of the amount Hyyzo cashback is calculated on |
| Card cashback or bank offers | Your bank or card issuer, sometimes with Flipkart | Applied at payment or credited later by the bank | Works alongside Hyyzo cashback and is paid separately |
If cashback you expected from SuperCoins or from your card is missing, that’s a question for Flipkart or your bank. Hyyzo can only look into cashback from the Hyyzo click-through.
The terms above cover returns, cancellations, exchanges and bulk orders. These are the Flipkart-specific exclusions people most often miss.
| Type of order | Cashback | Good to know |
|---|---|---|
| Apple iPhones | Not eligible | Excluded even if every other step is followed |
| Flipkart Minutes and other hyperlocal or instant-delivery orders | Not eligible | You can still buy these on Flipkart; they just won’t earn cashback |
| Pharmacy items, including Pharma Minutes | Not eligible | Same as above |
Most other categories, including mobiles other than iPhones, electronics, fashion and home, are eligible at their category rate. If your cart mixes eligible and excluded items, only the eligible ones earn cashback.
Most missing Flipkart cashback comes down to one of these causes:
| Saving | When it applies | How it relates to Hyyzo cashback |
|---|---|---|
| Sale price or product discount | On the product page | Cashback is worked out on what you pay, so a lower price means a lower base, but you still pay less overall |
| Bank or card offer | At payment | Applied by Flipkart and the bank when you pay. It needs nothing from you on Hyyzo |
| SuperCoins | At checkout | The part of your bill paid with coins leaves the cashback base |
Should you use SuperCoins? Usually yes. Cashback is a percentage of what you pay, so redeeming coins costs you only that percentage of the coin discount, never the discount itself. If coins take ₹200 off your bill, you lose the cashback that would have been paid on that ₹200, not the ₹200. Coins that are close to expiring are worth using. Coins you’d rather save for a bigger order are your call, and the cashback shouldn’t be what decides it.
Coupon codes from outside coupon sites are the one saving to avoid; the terms above explain why.
Flipkart doesn’t have one return window. It depends on the product category and the seller, and the window on the product page is the one that applies. Cashback only becomes final once the order is safely past the point where it could still be returned or cancelled, which is why an item that arrives quickly can still take a while to confirm.
A single Flipkart order can also contain items from different sellers, delivered separately, each with its own delivery and return timeline. Don’t be surprised if the status on Flipkart and the status in your Hyyzo account don’t move at the same moment.
Flipkart’s big sale events bring heavy traffic, fast-selling deals and early access for some members. The cashback rules don’t relax during sales. A few habits keep orders tracked:
| Category | What to watch for |
|---|---|
| Mobiles and electronics | iPhones are excluded. Several brands handle defects through their own service centre instead of a simple refund, so read the policy on the product page before buying. On high-value orders, SuperCoins and vouchers make the biggest difference to your cashback base |
| Fashion and lifestyle | Returns are most common here, and each returned item loses its cashback. Order sizes and styles you plan to keep, and check the return window on the product page |
| Home, furniture and large appliances | Delivery and installation are separate steps with their own rules. Cancelling after Flipkart’s free-cancellation window can carry a fee, and cancelled orders earn no cashback |
| Grocery and daily needs | Flipkart Minutes is excluded. For other grocery orders, look at the rates box; if grocery isn’t listed, don’t assume it earns. Perishables usually have the shortest return windows |
Flipkart’s group includes Myntra and Cleartrip. On Hyyzo they’re listed as separate stores with their own rates and rules, so Flipkart cashback doesn’t apply to Myntra fashion orders or Cleartrip bookings. If you shop across the group, start from each store’s own page.
Yes, when the store is active. Check the status at the top of this page before you shop. Orders placed while it shows as inactive aren’t tracked.
No. Hyyzo cashback is paid by Hyyzo for orders placed through our link. SuperCoins are Flipkart’s own rewards, and card cashback comes from your bank. You can earn all three on one order, and each is paid separately.
No. The price you pay on Flipkart is the same either way. Flipkart pays Hyyzo a commission for sending you, and Hyyzo shares part of it with you as cashback.
No. Apple iPhones are on the exclusion list, so an iPhone order earns nothing even if you follow every other step correctly.
Slightly. Anything paid with coins is left out of the amount cashback is calculated on. You give up cashback only on that portion, not the coin discount, so using coins usually still works out in your favour.
Yes. Card and bank offers apply when you pay, so they work alongside the Hyyzo click-through. Any rewards your card gives you are paid by the bank.
It’s safer not to. Clear your cart, wishlist and Save for later before you click through, and add items afterwards. If you want a shortlist, keep it in a notes app.
Start from the Earn Cashback button on the device you’ll pay from. If the Flipkart app opens, finish the order there. Switching devices or opening other shopping sites partway through can break tracking.
Flipkart Minutes orders don’t. For other grocery orders, look at the rates box at the top of this page. If grocery isn’t listed there, don’t assume it earns.
No. Myntra and Cleartrip are separate stores on Hyyzo with their own rates and rules. Check their pages before you buy or book.
Hyyzo earns a commission when you buy through its link and shares part of it with you. Each tracked order appears in your Hyyzo account, and cashback becomes withdrawable once it’s confirmed. If an order doesn’t appear, the checks above usually show why.
Cashback is calculated on what you pay for eligible items. It leaves out shipping and platform fees, anything paid with SuperCoins or vouchers, and any excluded item in the order. Compare that amount, not the order total, with the rate in the rates box.
