Most Zandu orders are small and they repeat: a balm for the drawer, a jar of chyavanprash, a bottle of Pancharishta. The cashback on one order is modest in rupees, and it adds up over many. Each 1% is ₹10 on a ₹1,000 order, so multiply by the rate shown above. That makes it worth avoiding the mistakes that quietly cost people their cashback, whether they shop on the website or in the Hyyzo cashback app.
The rate at the top of this page applies to all orders on the Zandu Care store. Eligible value is what you pay in money, so shipping fees, reward points, superCash and gift vouchers are left out.
“I can send it back if it isn’t for me.”
Usually not. Zandu Care is reported to accept returns for wrong, damaged or near-expiry deliveries, not for change of mind, and many pharmacy sites list Zandu products as non-returnable. Cancelling a placed order is reported to leave the shipping cost with you. A return or cancellation also means no cashback, so decide before you pay.
“The biggest jar is always the best value.”
Only if you finish it in time. Divide each price by the grams (or millilitres) and compare, then check the expiry date on the label against how fast your household actually uses it. A smaller pack you finish beats a bargain you throw away.
“I’ll stock up for the whole year.”
Ayurvedic products carry expiry dates, and Hyyzo’s terms don’t allow bulk or commercial orders. Order for the next few weeks of ordinary household use, not for a shelf.
“A coupon on top is free money.”
Hyyzo’s terms say exclusive coupons might reduce or remove cashback. On a small basket, a coupon may save a little and cost you more in cashback, so work out both in rupees before you add a code.
Zandu Care’s reported window for raising a problem is short, around 24 hours after delivery. Do this on the day it arrives:
Keep the invoice. You’ll need it if your cashback ever needs a missing-cashback claim.
Take two jars of the same chyavanprash. These prices are made up to show the method, not Zandu’s actual prices:
₹180 for 450 g
= ₹40 per 100 g
₹320 for 900 g
= about ₹35.60 per 100 g
The larger jar is cheaper per gram, but only helps if you use it before the expiry date. Use the same sum for bottles of tonic in millilitres, and for tablets by price per tablet.
Zandu Care’s policy (as reported)
Hyyzo cashback
Zandu’s refund timeline and Hyyzo’s confirmation period are of similar length, so by the time your cashback is confirmed, the outcome of the order is settled. These return rules come from public information, so check Zandu Care’s current policy page before you order.
Zandu’s roots go back to Zandu Bhatt ji, who began making Ayurvedic medicines in 1864. His grandson Jugatram Vaidya formed Zandu Pharmaceutical Works in 1910. Emami took control in November 2008 for roughly ₹730 crore, and Zandu’s consumer products, among them Zandu Balm, Chyavanprash, Kesari Jivan and Pancharishta, moved into Emami.
Zandu Care is the brand’s online store, marketed by Emami Limited. It sells across categories such as immunity, digestive health, bone and joint health and mental wellness. If you want to compare other Ayurvedic and wellness brands, Kapiva and Kama Ayurveda have their own pages, and HealthKart and MuscleBlaze cover sports nutrition.
Ayurvedic products support wellness routines and are not a substitute for medical advice. Read the label, and check with a doctor before use if you are pregnant, taking medication or managing a health condition. Return and refund details are summarised from public information as of 4 November 2026.
