Application Process

• You will be redirected to the Axis Bank website.
• Click on the Login/Join Now button.
• Verify the OTP sent to your mobile number.
• Select the card from the list of eligible cards and fill in your details.
• Your cashback will be tracked within 4 days of Card Approval.

Documents required for the Application

• PAN Card or Form 60.
• Aadhar Card
• Latest payslips, a copy of income tax return, or Form 16.
• Proof of residence.

Axis Bank may demand more documents as deemed necessary.

Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant must be an Indian resident.
• Primary Cardholder’s Minimum Age - 18 years
• Primary Cardholder’s Maximum Age - 70 years
• Add-On Cardholder’s Age - Minimum 18 years
• Net Annual Income - Rs. 12,00,000 for salaried employees and Rs. 15,00,000 for self-employed individuals.

In addition to the above requirements, Axis Bank holds the right to reject or approve your credit card application based on your credit score and the factors deemed necessary by the bank.

Fees & Charges

Joining Fees: Rs. 5,000 + Applicable GST.

Annual Renewal Fees: Second Year Onwards - Rs. 5,000 + Applicable GST per annum.

• Hyyzo Diamonds do not apply to existing Axis Bank Relationships.
• Avoid using a referral code that has not been shared with you.
• No Hyyzo Diamonds are rewarded for canceled applications.
• Fraudulent activity will lead to the cancellation of rewards. Hyyzo's decision will be final in this case.
• If your reward request can not be tracked, kindly raise a Missing ticket with Hyyzo within 15 days from the date of furnishing an application.
