SS Beauty Delivery Policy

The estimated dispatch time for the items in your order is specified against each product on the respective product description page. Generally, the delivery takes 5-7 working days from the order date.  For standard delivery, a minimum shipping fee of Rs. 50 will be applied to orders with a total value equal to or less than Rs. 499.

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped from different locations in separate shipments. You will receive email notifications regarding these separate shipments. In the unlikely event that the entire order cannot be delivered, they will cancel the remaining undelivered portion of the order. You will receive an email notification informing you about the partial cancellation. For the undelivered portion, a refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.

You have the option to cancel your order or specific products within your order before they process the billing and shipping. If you wish to cancel a part of your order, please contact the customer care team immediately after placing the order. In case they receive a cancellation request before the products have been shipped, they will send a cancellation request and instruct them not to dispatch the products and also initiate a refund accordingly.

However, if the product has already been handed over to the courier partner, is in transit, or is out for delivery, you are requested to refuse the delivery of your order.
